CMS to Gauge Readiness of Agencies to Accept Data

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services is seeking comment on its proposal to survey public health agencies to determine their readiness to accept electronic reports from health-care providers and hospitals, the agency said in a notice published May 16 in the Federal Register (79 Fed. Reg. 28,523).
