A website designed to help people better understand the many clinical lab tests that are part of routine health care is now available via mobile telephones, the American Association for Clinical Chemistry announced July 28.
The app allow users of Apple I-Phones and I-Pads and mobile phones using Google’s Android operating system to view LabTestOnline, a feature on the association’s website that was launched in 2001.
According to AACC, Lab Tests Online averages 2 million visitors per month, offering among other things peer-reviewed descriptions of hundreds of tests and test result nomenclature that allow patients to discuss their test results ...
