Peter J. Rooney and James Z. Fang have joined Cahill Gordon & Reindel as partners in the M&A and corporate advisory practice in New York, the firm said Monday.
They provide advice on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures, investments, and strategic collaborations to US and multinational corporations and private equity firms, according to Cahill.
Their clients are involved in the food and beverage, financial services, real estate, and healthcare industries, Cahill said.
