BOSTON—A Massachusetts bone marrow registry and a medical laboratory company have agreed to pay $520,000 to settle charges that they used unfair and deceptive practices to sign up potential donors and then charged their insurers as much as $4,000 for DNA testing of mouth swabs (Massachusetts v.
