Blue Cross Sues HHS for Phone Calls Affecting Quality Rating

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota and Aware Integrated Inc. sued the US health department over an alleged miscalculation of the insurers’ 2025 Medicare Advantage “star rating,” which could cost them $29 million in bonus payments next year.
