Biden DOJ Seeks to Move Humana Challenge Over Medicare Policy

The Biden administration wants to change the venue of a lawsuit by Humana Inc. that seeks to block a policy that would allow Medicare to claw back billions of dollars in payments to Medicare managed care companies.

The first-of-its-kind lawsuit was filed in the US District Court for the Northern District of Texas in Fort Worth, a venue that has been sympathetic to other challenges to federal rules.
