The Biden administration is urging a federal judge to toss a lawsuit over the US Department of Health and Human Services’ process for handling Covid-19 vaccine injury claims.
The Covid-19 vaccine recipients behind the lawsuit “raise a series of criticisms” of the HHS’ Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program “without explaining how any of them violate their constitutional rights,” the government said in its memorandum Tuesday supporting its motion to dismiss.
