The drugmaker sued New Mexico Attorney General Raul Torrez and members of the state’s Board of Pharmacy in the US District Court for the District of New Mexico on Jan. 16, arguing the state cannot require it to offer discounted drugs to an unlimited number of pharmacies contracting with federally qualified health centers.
