An Arizona nurse who worked for eight different health-care providers over a three-year period failed to show the Arizona Board of Nursing improperly revoked her professional license, a state appeals court said.
Sufficient evidence supported a state administrative law judge’s conclusion that April Cobia violated the Nurse Practice Act by engaging in unprofessional conduct, which the law defines as conduct that might put a patient or the public in danger, the Arizona Court of Appeals, First Division, said Tuesday.
