Appeals Court Keeps Indiana’s Medicaid Program in Place for Now

A federal appeals court allowed an Indiana Medicaid program introducing premiums and other restrictions to temporarily continue after concluding it lacked the jurisdiction to hear the challenge to an earlier decision rejecting US approval of the program.
