Aon Sued by Giant Eagle Over Opioid Litigation Notice Obligation

Giant Eagle Inc. sued insurance brokerage units of Aon Plc, alleging they failed to notify the retail pharmacy chain’s insurers about underlying opioid-related lawsuits, jeopardizing $40 million in directors and officers coverage.
