Anti-Abortion Pregnancy Center Appeals Dismissal of Speech Suit

An anti-abortion pregnancy center is appealing the dismissal of its First Amendment free-speech claims against Massachusetts Gov. Maura Healey and others.

A Woman’s Concern Inc., which does business as Your Options Medical Centers, notified the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts of its intent to appeal Monday, seeking to renew its claim that the state targeted it for adverse action based on its anti-abortion and religious views.
