Anti-Abortion Group Fails in Fight Against NYC Health Bias Law

An anti-abortion pregnancy center lost its fight against a New York City law that prohibits employers from discriminating against employees or potential employees based on their reproductive health-care choices.

This is the second time in week a federal judge has entered summary judgment against the Evergreen Association Inc. on the ground that it didn’t have didn’t have standing to sue to halt a law that hasn’t been enforced against it.
