Allied Universal Urges Court to Toss Voluntary Benefits Case

A class action over commissions that security firm Allied Universal paid to brokers in its voluntary benefit plans should be dismissed because its premiums are lower than other companies’ plans, Allied and its consultants argued in a New York federal court.
