Alabama is moving forward with a plan to impose Medicaid work requirements on a small portion of its population, after Kentucky and Indiana recently won federal approval for similar rules.
Alabama’s Medicaid agency published a draft of the waiver request it plans to file with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, and the state is taking public comments on the proposal through April 2.
