Aetna’s Quest to Hold Mednax Liable for Hospital Claims Nixed

Aetna Inc. is barred from seeking money it claims to have overpaid hospitals as a result of Mednax Inc.'s allegedly fraudulent billing for services provided to newborns, as the insurer initially said it sued to recover only money paid to Mednax, a federal court in Pennsylvania said.
