The HHS is considering transportation services for women seeking to terminate their pregnancy in another state, an unprecedented move for the federal health department that comes in the wake of the US Supreme Court decision’s to overturn Roe v. Wade.
“We’re looking at every option, and among those is transportation,” Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra said Saturday at the Aspen Ideas: Health conference.
