Abortion Pill Shipper Accused by Texas of Targeting Residents

An abortion pill mailing service and physicians are facing accusations in a lawsuit from Texas that they illegally shipped medication into the state in a scheme to subvert restrictions on reproductive services.

The state contends in its Tuesday complaint that the nonprofit Aid Access “is a notorious part of a growing network of out-of-state abortion traffickers that deliberately target Texas residents and defy this State’s duly enacted protections for unborn children and their mothers.”
