Abortion pill maker Danco Laboratories is trying to stop several conservative states from complicating an ongoing legal saga at the center of the battle over reproductive rights in the US.
Idaho, Missouri, and Kansas sued the Food and Drug Administration in November and also asked to join a lawsuit against the agency over the abortion drug mifepristone that is currently winding its way through the Supreme Court.
