A reproductive rights group that provides information about abortion through its website and in-state advertisements has ended its lawsuit against South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley (R), who threatened legal action to shut it down.
The US District Court for the Southern District of New York dismissed the case Wednesday, after Mayday Health and Jackley jointly informed it they’d reached a settlement. The agreement calls for Mayday to remove any signs, posters, billboards, and other physical advertisements in the state that would aid, abet, or solicit illegal conduct.
