Well-known abortion foe David Daleiden is arguing that he has a right to see documents related to a university’s publicly funded fetal tissue research activities.
Washington’s Public Records Act requires the University of Washington to disclose information in the records that could reveal the identities of unnamed plaintiffs, Daleiden argued before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit Dec. 10.
Daleiden in 2015 famously published a series of secretly recorded videos allegedly showing Planned Parenthood employees discussing fetal tissue donation. The videos have been discredited, according to Planned Parenthood, but Daleiden’s focus on fetal tissue research hasn’t abated. ...
