Survivors of the 9/11 terrorist attacks will get treatment benefits for uterine cancer under changes announced Tuesday by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for a government health program.
The CDC estimates that adding uterine cancer to the World Trade Center Health Program coverage list will cost between $1.7 million and $3.8 million annually, according to the final rule (RIN: 0920-AA82) in the Federal Register.
