Jewish Intel Worker Must Pursue Retaliation Suit Under Real Name

A Jewish Israeli Intel Corp. executive can’t pursue his discrimination and retaliation suit against the technology company anonymously, a federal judge ruled Tuesday.

The ex-vice president of engineering, who served in the Israel Defense Forces, sued Intel earlier this year using a pseudonym, saying the company failed to address complaints about his once supervisor, who allegedly supported anti-Israel and antisemitic social media posts in the wake of the Oct. 7 attack on the Middle Eastern country.
