York Space Systems LLC ended its legal challenge to the US Space Force’s award of a $46 million contract to Apex Technology Inc. to develop satellites capable of operating in two space orbits.
Judge Loren A. Smith of US Court of Federal Claims on Jan. 30 granted York’s motion to voluntarily dismiss the protest with prejudice.
