Yang Enterprises Inc. can move forward with its $184 million US Space Force contract to provide base operations services at Ascension Auxiliary Air Field in the South Atlantic, the GAO said in a decision released Tuesday.
Protester Chugach Logistics Facility Services JV LLC’s allegations that Yang proposed to use an unreasonably small workforce are too speculative because they are “based purely on inference, as opposed to any evidence,” the Government Accountability Office said.
Without a price realism provision in the solicitation, there is nothing objectionable in a bidder’s proposal of low or even below-cost prices, the GAO said.
