WorldWide’s Attorneys Should Get Higher Fees From Army Protest

Attorneys for WorldWide Language Resources Inc. should receive fees that exceed the statutory limit of $150 per hour for their work on a protest of a solicitation to provide the US Army with translation services, the GAO said in a decision released Thursday.

WorldWide demonstrated that its attorneys’ fees award should range between $289 and $291 per hour, totaling $24,265, the Government Accountability Office said.
