Wolf Creek Federal Services Inc. must again face a whistleblower’s suit alleging it overbilled for labor under NASA maintenance and repair contracts performed at the Glenn Research Center facility in Ohio, the Sixth Circuit ruled Monday.
Whistleblower USN4U LLC’s False Claims Act complaint adequately raised a fraudulent inducement claim based on allegations the contractor falsely inflated cost estimates in work order proposals presented to NASA, Judge John M. Rogers of the US Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit said.
