Walgreens, acting through Kingsport, Tenn., store manager and pharmacist Amber Reilly, knowingly presented or caused to be presented materially false information to the Virginia Department of Medical Assistance Services, the complaint says. At least 12 enrollees without proper Medicaid authorization received the drugs, according to the complaint filed Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Virginia.
