VXL Enterprises Properly Denied Air Force Logistics Contract

VXL Enterprises LLC failed to show that the Air Force improperly denied it a contract under a $960 million procurement for counter-narcotics and global threats operations, logistics, and training support services, the GAO said in a decision released Thursday.

The agency’s conclusion that VXL didn’t merit a “substantial confidence” past performance rating—which rendered its bid ineligible under solicitation terms—was reasonable, the Government Accountability Office said.
