Veterans Affairs Prevails in a $61 Billion IT Procurement Case

The US Department of Veterans Affairs can proceed with the dozens of contracts it awarded under its $61 billion procurement known as Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology Next Generation 2, or T4NG2, the US Court of Federal Claims said Tuesday.

Judge Molly R. Silfen granted the government judgment on the administrative record, according to a Tuesday judgment, and rejected challenges from several protesters, including General Dynamics Information Technology Inc., T4NG2 JV LLC, and Veteran First Technologies LLC. Silfen’s opinion is under seal.
