Vectrus Systems Inc. says a federal court should halt Technica LLC’s performance of a $139 million task order to provide the US Army with logistics support services in North Carolina.
The Army conducted an unreasonable past performance evaluation because it failed to properly recognize that Technica let equipment fall into “disrepair” under another task order performed at Fort Bliss in Texas, Vectrus told the US Court of Federal Claims in a complaint made public Thursday.
Technica’s deficient performance under the Fort Bliss task order required denying Technica a “substantial confidence” rating needed to win the award, Vectrus said.
