Vectrus Holds On to $106 Million Army Cyber Command Task Order

DirectViz Solutions LLC lost its protest of a $106 million task order to Vectrus Sytems Corp. for IT sservices to support the US Army’s regional cyber command located at Fort Huachuca, Ariz., the GAO said in a decision released Friday.

DirectViz, the incumbent contractor, argued that the Army unfairly gave it an “unacceptable” technical rating after not being able to fully view a video on a DVD addressing performance scenarios.
