PDS Consultants Inc. lost its protest seeking to reinstate its US Department of Veterans Affairs contract to provide prescription eyeglasses to veterans in Alabama, Georgia, and South Carolina.
PDS’ motion for judgment on the administrative record was denied, and similar motions by the government and Superior Optical Labs Inc. have been granted, the US Court of Federal Claims said in a Thursday judgment. Judge Loren A. Smith’s opinion is under seal.
