Vanquish Worldwide Holds on to $66 Million Army Logistics Order

Logistics Co. failed to show that Vanquish Worldwide LLC’s $66 million US Army support task order award should be thrown out for the awardee’s failure to disclose multiple civil judgments against it.

None of the cases identified by the protester had to be disclosed by Vanquish under the Federal Acquisition Regulation, Judge Eleni M. Roumel of the US Court of Federal Claims said in an opinion released Wednesday.
