Nexsys Electronics Inc., which does business as Medweb, failed to show that the Defense Health Agency conducted an improper past performance evaluation before awarding Valor Network Inc. a nearly $74 million radiology services contract, the GAO said in a decision released Monday.
Nexsys didn’t demonstrate that its “substantial confidence” rating was too low and was the result of the agency failing to consider all requirements in the solicitation’s performance work statement, the Government Accountability Office said.
The GAO said, for example, that it found reasonable the agency’s consideration of the lack of radiologist-related work in two of Nexsys’ references.
