The US Army reasonably awarded Valiant Government Services LLC a $1.4 billiion task order to provide foreign language interpretation services, the GAO said in a decision released Monday.
Protester WorldWide Language Resources Inc. failed to show that its bid had enough to strengths to earn a “good” technical rating, instead of “acceptable,” the Government Accountability Office said.
WorldWide didn’t demonstrate, for example, that it should have received a strength for its signed letters of commitment from linguists, the GAO said.
