VA to Reconsider $250 Million Electronic Data Interchange Award

The US Department of Veterans Affairs will reconsider its award of a $250 million maximum value electronic data interchange contract to Change Healthcare Operations LLC.

The VA has until Sept. 14 to reconsider its evaluation of technical and price factors for all bidders and issue a new award decision, Judge Kathryn C. Davis of the US Court of Federal Claims said in a Tuesday order.

Parties to contract protest must file a joint status report by Sept. 21, Davis said.
