A flawed organizational conflict of interest review requires stopping Clear Vantage Point Solutions II from performing a $155 million suicide prevention services contract for the US Department of Veterans Affairs, a federal court said.
The VA irrationally excluded protesters District Communications Group LLC and CruxDCG—a joint venture of Crux Firm LLC and District Communications—from the contract competition for having an impaired objectivity OCI, Judge Zachary N.
