VA Contracts Under $61 Billion IT Procurement Paused Until 2026

The US Department of Veterans Affairs’ re-evaluation of bids under its $61 billion IT procurement resulted in a few award changes, but performance of the contracts will be delayed until early next year as the multi-plaintiff protest continues, according to Tuesday court filing.

The VA has completed its requested remand, which followed the US Court of Federal Claims’ Nov. 4 order, the filing said. But to promote orderly judicial review in the ongoing protest, the VA extended a voluntary stay and will not accept any performance under the Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology Next Generation 2, or T4NG2, until March ...
