2TechJV LLC can perform a nearly $81 million task order to support the closeout of the US Agency for International Development, the US Government Accountability Office said.
Platinum Business Services LLC, which made a $67 million offer, failed to show in its protest that the agency treated bidders unequally in the technical evaluation or that it failed to properly consider the price difference between the companies’ offers, the GAO said in a decision released Tuesday.
