US Gets Court to Toss Hydraulics’ Aircraft Power Unit Protest

The government convinced the US Court of Federal Claims to dismiss Hydraulics International Inc.'s protest of the Army’s decision to award Sun Test Systems Inc. a sole-source contract for an aviation ground maintenance unit.

The court granted the government’s motion to dismiss for lack of subject-matter jurisdiction, according to a Tuesday judgment. Judge David A. Tapp’s opinion is under seal.
