US Bank to Receive $1.6 Million in DOD Transportation Dispute

US Bank National Association showed entitlement to about $1.6 million in additional compensation under a US Transportation Command contract to provide third-party payment system services used to reimburse transportation service providers, a contract appeals board said in an opinion released Thursday.

Administrative Judge David D’Alessandris of the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals ruled in April 2023 that US Bank should be reimbursed, but that there was a material issue regarding the exact amount owed.
