URS Federal Services Inc. seeks an injunction stopping joint venture PAE-SGT Partners LLC from performing a $609 million NASA contract.
The contract is to provide base operations and support services at the agency’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida and NASA facilities at its neighboring Cape Canaveral Air Force Station.
NASA’s flawed staffing and price evaluations, as well as its unequal discussions with bidders, requires reopening the competition, URS told the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
KSC Boss Alliance LLC, also one of the five bidders in the competition, unsuccessfully protested the award at the Government Accountability Office.
