Ukraine Energy Grid Rebuilding Project Needs Partners for USAID

The US Agency for International Development is seeking contractors to partner with on plans to rebuild Ukraine energy infrastructure as the Russian invasion drags on.

Russian attacks targeting Ukraine’s energy infrastructure surged since October, damaging the country’s electricity, gas, and heating networks, according to a notice posted Wednesday.

USAID released a request for information for “Potential Partners for Procurement Support Services: Energy Equipment for Ukraine.” The agency wants to hear from contractors with the capacity to source and supply energy infrastructure equipment and materials and to establish new supply chains to replace those sourced from Russia before the invasion.
