Tolliver Group Inc. is entitled to $195,890 in legal fees from the U.S. Army for successfully defending a whistleblower’s suit filed against it, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims said.
Tolliver produced substantial evidence supporting its fees claim, which was “substantially discounted” to account for any duplication between law firms, Judge Charles F. Lettow said in a decision released Tuesday.
The government made no detailed objection to either the billing rates or the total sum, the court said.
