The Army reasonably selected TRAX International Corp. to perform a $449 million mission test support services contract for the Army at Yuma Proving Ground in Arizona, the Government Accountability Office said.
Jacobs Technology Inc., which submitted a $440 million bid, couldn’t show that the Army improperly evaluated proposals under the mission capability and past performance factors before selecting TRAX, the GAO said.
