TRAX International Corp. lost its protest alleging that rival bidder Engineering Research and Consulting Inc. unfairly won a $641 million contract for support services at the US Army’s test center at Aberdeen Proving Ground in Maryland, the GAO said in a decision released Wednesday.
The procurement has been subject to multiple protests, and the Army is currently reevaluating bidders’ professional compensation plans before making a new award decision, the Government Accountability Office said.
