TRAX International Corp. is ending its trade secrets dispute alleging that Oasis Systems LLC misappropriated proprietary information to use in a competition for a US Army test and evaluation services contract worth more than $600 million, according to a Friday court filing.
TRAX submitted a notice of voluntary dismissal to the US District Court for the District of Maryland. This follows a Thursday joint status report informing the court that TRAX—which won the contract—won’t face a US Court of Federal Claims protest of that award from Engineering Research & Consulting Inc.
