TransPerfect Translations International Inc. dropped its court challenge involving a translation services contract awarded to a rival because the Justice Department took corrective action and reinstated a stay of performance pending TransPerfect’s protest before the Government Accountability Office.
The U.S. Court of Federal Claims Thursday granted TransPefect’s voluntary motion to dismiss its suit, filed Sept. 22.
The DOJ told the court Sept. 29 that it issued a stop work order on SOS International LLC’s award, which has a maximum value of $400 million.
The contract requires providing interpretation and solicitation services to the DOJ’s Executive Office of Immigration Review.
