Touchstone Executive Can Advance Arizona Medicaid Fraud Claims

The former chief operating officer for Touchstone Behavioral Health can continue to allege that the company violated the False Claims Act by by improperly retaining Medicaid funds.

Whistleblower Craig Thomas adequately alleged that Touchstone attempted to hide funds owned by the government, and that it knowingly delivered—or caused to be delivered—less than all of those funds back to the government, Judge James A. Teilborg of the US District Court for the District of Arizona said.
